About Fabric Material

Patent professional materials coloring. The materials are weaved with a special method so they are extremely delicate and smooth like baby's skin. Patent material coloring technology (latest invention of a doctor of chemical engineering from Tokyo University) are developed to do digital printings which project the beautiful nature of pictures vividly. This is a most advanced textile printing technique. iCute products endurance of washing a comfort with EU, America and Japan standards; their endurance of water wash is up to level 4-5. Patent materials cost 4-5 times than traditional materials, but the visual impression they project is as just worth the price. The difference between them and traditional materials is just like the between a sheet ordinary paper and a piece of professional printing paper.

Manufacturing Process

Using highest standard and pursuing the perfect outcome is iCute’s principle. All iCute products have to go through three professional factories to be made completely.

Art designing edition, layout arrangement and printing factory.
Material arrangements and soaking factory.

Take cell phone bags for example, generally are made by the following three methods.

Sewing materials with ready-made Styrofoam directly cost every little and are easily manufactured and doesn’t need to stick once in other factory. The flaw is that there will be some space between materials and Styrofoam and this make the surface irregular. Also it make bags not so endurable of washing and easily become deformed after wash.
Sticking materials to ready-made Styrofoam can avoid the flaws mentioned above, but bags made by this method are easily wrinkled for the different hardness of materials and ready-made Styrofoam.
Special arrangements and soaking procedures through different factories make a different story. It concerns the density and hardness of each piece of materials and makes the best arrangements of it. The advantage of it is that bags made b this method are smooth to touch, hard to be wrinkled, endurable of washing and keep shape after washes. The flaw is that this is a costly method. The cost is 2-3 times as the two aforementioned methods. All iCute products are made with this method to possess the best quality despite the high cost.

Handmade Processes Factory
To fix the picture to the right position and make the best edition, material have to be handmade single cut for every design rather than be cut by machines at a vast quantity, so the cost is high.
